An award-winning UK design studio with a global reach and known for their work across a wide range of sectors, are looking for a Sustainability Lead with experience of developing and implementing sustainability strategies to join their London studio.

About this role

This leading UK studio are looking for an experienced sustainability specialist to join them and work across the full lifecycle of architectural projects. You will be responsible for undertaking environmental analysis Whole life carbon, thermal performance, daylight/sunlight, etc, developing sustainability strategies across all departments and a wide range of projects. You will collaborate with the architectural design team and in-house sustainability group, liaise with clients and contribute to new research initiatives. You will be the studios sustainability champion, driving their sustainability ethos within the practice and at public events.

About you

You will have knowledge of energy and carbon strategies gained from working on live projects

You will have good knowledge of environmental modelling and building analysis tools and softwares like OneClick LCA, IES, etc

You will have good knowledge of Revit and Rhino

You will be able to confidently present ideas and consultant the team on planning policy and environmental standards

You will have worked across a range of projects and scales within residential, commercial, retrofit, hospitality or mixed use helping to deliver sustainable outcomes

A good understanding of BREEAM, WELL and LEED or similar

You will have worked at a leading architecture or engineering practice in a similar role
