A large UK contractor with offices globally is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager to join their London studio.
This is a key senior role within the team, coordinating and managing digital information across multiple projects to UK BIM Framework standards. This award-winning contractor is known for their innovative approach to a wide variety of large scale projects developing new techniques that enable a closer relationship between design and construction.
You will have advanced knowledge of Revit
You will have strong technical knowledge of building regulations and UK BIM standards
You will have project information management experience and will have good knowledge of PAS1192-2:2013 (ISO 19560 Part 1 & 2: 2018)
You will have worked on large scale projects from stage 3 onwards leading BIM delivery
You will have prior experience of training and supporting staff in BIM
You will have good knowledge of Nasvisworks, Solibri
You will have good knowledge of 3D, 4D and 5D modelling
