Senior BIM Coordinator

A leading global Architecture practice known for being one of the pioneers of high tech design are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator with large scale and complex projects experience to join their London office

About this role

This is a critical role for this award-winning practice with particular focus on complex high value large scale projects. You will work closely with the design team and will support them across all stages of the project and advise the wider team in the best way to utilise Revit on the project. You will also work closely with the BIM Manager and mentoring other BIM Coordinators ensuring practice standards and procedures are upheld and followed.

About you

You will have advanced knowledge of Revit, Rhino and Navisworks

You will have extensive Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience

You will have experience working from RIBA stage 1-4

You will have experience of BIM delivery of large scale and complex projects to BIM Level 2 standards (ISO 19650)

You will have prior experience of coordination with consultants and subcontractors

You will ideally have some knowledge of other softwares like Dynamo, Grasshopper and Solibri gained from working on live projects
