An exciting new opportunity has come in with a global Architecture and Interior Design studio for an experienced BIM Coordinator within their vibrant London office.
This studio, renowned for their eye-catching luxury projects across hospitality, high-end residential, mixed use and urban design are looking for a talented BIM specialist with a background in interior design to join their Central London studio. You will work closely with the interior design team and will support them in the use of Revit and AutoCAD across all stages as well as ensuring the best use of BIM tools and developing bespoke workflows. You will also work closely with the BIM Manager and other BIM specialists ensuring practice standards and procedures are upheld and followed.
You will have advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
You will have extensive Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience
You will ideally have experience of BIM delivery on medium to large scale or complex projects
You will have good knowledge of UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations
You will ideally have good knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper and other 3D modelling tools gained from working on live projects
Experience working with visualization software, AR/VR, AI, automation and other related software and plug-ins is advantageous
You will have experience working either as an Interior Designer or in an Interiors focused studio in a similar role
