A leading UK Architecture practice with a global reach, known for their unique approach to design, are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join their West London studio.

About this role

This is a critical role for this award-winning practice with particular focus on a complex high value project in Central London. You will help lead project set up and work closely with the design team supporting them from RIBA stage 2 onwards. You will advise the wider team in the best way to utilise Revit on the project and will have the opportunity to develop standards, procedures and workflows in accordance with ISO 19650.

About you

You will have advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD

You will have extensive Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience

You will have experience working across RIBA stages, with particular focus on stages 1-4

You will have experience of BIM project set up and delivery on complex projects to ISO 19650 standards

You will have experience with developing BIM Execution Plans and COBie data

You will ideally have good knowledge of other softwares like Rhino, Dynamo, Navisworks and Solibri gained from working on live projects
