A large UK contractor with a global reach are looking for a BIM specialist with solid information management experience to join their London office as a BIM Information Manager.
In this important role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing digital information across multiple projects. You will develop BIM workflows, strategies, and standards in line with ISO 19650 and will manage various web-based information management systems. You will work closely with the Senior BIM Manager and other BIM specialists helping to implement standards across projects to ensure consistency throughout the business.
You will have will have advanced knowledge of Revit
You will have project information management experience and will have good knowledge of PAS1192-2:2013 (ISO 19560 Part 1 & 2: 2018)
You will have good knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri and other related software
You will have knowledge of information exchange protocols and Common Data Environment (CDE) interfacing
You will have good knowledge of Viewpoint and other similar Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS)
Youwill ideally have experience with Power Bi but this isn’t essential for the role as training will be provided
You will have worked in a BIM / Information Management related role at a leading practice
