BIM Manager – Construction

A large UK contractor with a global reach are looking for a BIM Manager with good technical knowledge to join their Oxford studio.

About this role

This is a key role within the team, coordinating and managing digital information across multiple projects to UK BIM Framework standards. This award-winning contractor is known for their innovative approach to a wide variety of large scale projects including commercial, research, education, arts and culture, healthcare and mixed use, developing new techniques that enable a closer relationship between design and construction.

About you

You will have advanced knowledge of Revit

You will have strong technical knowledge of building regulations and UK BIM standards

You will have good knowledge of PAS1192-2:2013 (ISO 19560 Part 1 & 2: 2018)

You will have worked on large scale projects from stage 3 onwards

You will have experience with developing project specific BIM execution plans (BEP’s)

You will have good knowledge of Aconex and experience using BIM 360 and Navisworks

You will have good knowledge of 3D, 4D and 5D modelling
