A global practice known for their high profile large scale architecture projects spanning infrastructure, residential, hospitality and masterplanning, are looking for a BIM Manager with advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM standards to join their West London studio.
This is a new role for this award-winning practice with particular focus on high value large scale projects. You will work closely with outside consultants to develop studio BIM strategies, standards and workflows and advise the wider team in the best way to utilise Revit across projects. You will have the opportunity to grow a team and you will work closely with designers and Architects across all stages of projects. This is an exciting opportunity for any senior BIM specialist who aspires to shape the digital output of a leading design studio.
You will have advanced knowledge of Revit and other BIM softwares
You will have set up BIM projects, developed BIM delivery strategies, developed workflows created Revit families and managed project BIM models
You will have experience providing training and support to project teams in the best use of BIM tools
You will be a good communicator and will be experienced in leading and managing others
You will have delivered large scale and complex projects to UK BIM Framework standards (ISO 19650) before
You will ideally have knowledge of Solibri, Dynamo and Rhino and will have experience with Revit interoperability
Expereince working at an architecture practice in a Senior BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager role is essential for this role
