An award-winning global Architecture practice, known for their unique design approach across luxury and hospitality projects are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their London studio.

About this role

This is a very important role for this award-winning practice working closely with the Managing Partner on a high profile project through all phases of development until completion. You will act as intermediary for the client and the studio ensuring both sides requirements are communicated and contractual obligations are fulfilled. You will make sure that design concepts meet the client’s and the studios expectations and you will create detailed project schedules with breakdowns and budgets. You will be responsible for resource management and ensuring the internal project team coordinates effectively with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors. You will also supervise and mentor team members to support their professional development and ensure efficient project progress.

About you

You will be a qualified Architect

You will have good knowledge of Revit and Rhino

You will have experience working from concept to completion on hospitality, high end residential or luxury mixed use schemes

You will be client facing and an effective communicator with client representatives, consultants, contractors and vendors

You will have experience leading and managing others within the project team

You will have experience working on medium to large scale projects

You will have worked at a leading practice in a similar project management role
