A globally renowned interior design studio based in New York are looking for a talented Project Manager with interior design and architectural projects experience to join them.
This Project Manager role will see you overseeing and managing multiple projects and teams and developing workflows to ensure efficient project execution. You will act as the main liaison between the client, principal and team and will be responsible for ensuring interior architectural projects runs efficiently.
You will have advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design tools. Revit is preferred but not essential for the role
You will have experience coordinating a team and overseeing luxury, high end residential or hospitality projects across all project phases from planning to post-occupancy
You will have experience managing meetings, preparing agendas, issuing minutes and action items and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve project issues
You will have experience acting as the primary point of contact for the client and will be adept at representing both client needs and firm goals
You will have experience with budgeting and resource management, creating and monitoring project schedules and work plans
You will have proven team leadership skills and will be able to supervise and mentor others
You will have worked at a leading design studio in a similar role
