An exciting new opportunity has come in with a leading global Architecture practice, known for their unique design approach across luxury and complex projects. They are looking for an experienced Part II Assistant / BIM Coordinator with large scale projects experience to join their vibrant central London studio.
This is a cruciual role for this award-winning practice with a particular focus on hospitality, high-end residential, mixed use and urban design projects. You will work closely with the design team and will support them across all stages ensuring the best use of BIM tools and workflows. You will also work closely with the BIM Manager and other BIM specialists ensuring practice standards and procedures are upheld and followed.
You will have advanced knowledge of Revit
You will have extensive Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience
You will ideally have experience of BIM delivery of a large scale complex project before
You will have good knowledge of BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations
You will have experience with implementing project workflows and standards
You will ideally have some knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper gained from working on live projects as well as clash detection experience
