A leading multidisciplinary design studio, known for their award-winning approach to masterplanning, urban design, residential and sustainability focused projects are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their Central London office.

About this role

This award-winning studio is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to provide expert guidance and support on the best use of Revit and BIM tools, develop bespoke workflows, provide training and support to architects and designers and ensure that project teams adhere to the practice’s BIM standards and procedures. You will work closely with the BIM Manager and other BIM Coordinators to help drive consistency, quality, and innovation across all projects and ensuring practice standards and procedures are upheld and followed.

About you

You will have advanced knowledge of Revit

You will have extensive experience with Revit modelling, model management, content creation and the setup and maintenance of BIM documentation on projects

You will ideally have experience of BIM delivery on medium to large scale residential projects in the UK

You will have good knowledge of UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations

You will have good knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC or other clash detection software

You will have experience providing training and support in the best use of AEC design softwares including Revit

You will ideally have good knowledge of Dynamo for automation of tasks, Python or other related software and plugins

You will have experience working in a similar BIM Coordination role at a leading design studio
