A leading UK multi-disciplinary architecture practice are looking for a Technical Project Lead with experience from RIBA stage 3 onwards to join their Central London studio.

About this role

This award-winning UK practice, known for their work across residential, commercial, masterplanning and mixed use schemes, are in a period of growth and are now looking for a Technical Project Lead working across a variety of sectors with services that relate to the full lifecycle of medium to large scale projects.This senior level role would see you lead a multi-disciplinary team, working on the refurbishment and remediation of existing buildings including design and technical proposals and you will report directly to the Associate Director. You will be instrumental in facilitating clear client and consultant communications and ensuring project technical and design standards are met.

About you

You will have advanced knowledge of Revit

You will be a qualified architect or have ACIAT / MCIAT or an equivalent UK Architecture qualification

You will have worked on medium to large scale projects from RIBA stage 3 onwards

You will have experience leading a project team and managing others

You will be a clear communicator and you will have client facing experience

You will have good knowledge of UK building regulations and standards

You will have worked at a leading architecture practice in a similar role
