A renowned global architecture and design studio, known for their iconic design approach are looking for a talented BIM Manager to join their South Holland studio.

About this role

This crucial role will see you provide technical support to the architects and wider design team as well as upskilling design tools like Revit. You will be responsible for ensuring BIM deliverables and documentation are in line with ISO 19650 standards, creating and implementing workflows and data-driven technology solutions. You will work as part of the design technology team providing support across several offices and projects globally.

About you

You will have advanced knowledge of Revit

You will have extensive Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience

You will have experience with You will have experience of implementing strategies and delivering large scale and complex projects

You will have worked on a range of projects from early concept design through to project delivery

You will have excellent communication skills and will be client-facing and confident in your ability to lead meetings where necessary

You will have experience with providing training and support, mentoring junior staff and coaching others

You will have good knowledge of BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations

You will have good knowledge of either Navisworks, ACC or other AEC coordination tools

You will ideally have some knowledge of other softwares like Rhino, Dynamo, Grasshopper and scripting

You will have experience working in a BIM focused position within an architecture or design studio
