A large UK contractor with a global reach are looking for a document control specialist to join them as an Information Manager within their London office.
This is a key role within the team, coordinating and managing digital information across multiple projects. You will have experience with various web-based information management systems and will be able to work as part of a team helping to implement standards across projects to ensure consistency throughout the business
You will have good knowledge of Viewpoint and other similar Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS)
You will have experience with providing quality assurance (QA) and checking all information coming onto a system in accordance with a projects information management protocols.
You will have experience with conducting audits of information management systems and creating reports
You will have knowledge of information exchange protocols and Common Data Environment (CDE) interfacing
You will have an awareness of PAS:1192 and ISO 19650
Youwill have knowledge of information exchange protocols and Common Data Environment (CDE) interfacing
You will ideally have experience with Power Bi but this isn’t essential for the role as training will be provided
You will have worked in a Senior Document Control / Information Management related role before
